This is NOT true, because Klinger oscillator is volume based. You can plot
the indicator in MS click on it and then select help and you get a full
explanation of it. I believe there was an article in TASC on this indicator
but don't remember in which Magazine (you can look it up on their web site
www.traders.com) I personally find the indicator difficult to interpret
because you need to wait for deviations, that is why I much more prefer
this;
Cum(KVO())
It is nothing special just the cumulative of klinger oscillator and if you
plot this as histogram with red for down and green for up and maybe plot an
average on it like DEMA. Then it is much more powerful.
