I looked at:
http://purebytes.com/archives/
and this email was never dispersed. I am therefore resending. This is the
third time this has happened. The Equis ListServ is either losing emails or
it's finding text it considers objectionable. I'll have to contact the Equis
ListServ owner and ask why it's not sending this email:
After several tries, I got the June, 2000 MetaStock archive. It was 3.2 MB's
long. Below is the file list. These commands to Majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
will retrieve your archives for June, July, August, and September, 2000. Do NOT
use more than ONE (1) per sent email command:
get metastock metastock.archive.0006
get metastock metastock.archive.0007
get metastock metastock.archive.0008
get metastock metastock.archive.0009
This is a nice feature. There is one catch though: When you get the archive,
any attachments such as PIC's or spreadsheets will come out as a MIME
attachment? I'm not exactly sure how to convert it back to a JPG, GIF, or XLS
file. I think I would have to use a UUencoder? I have one and maybe later I'll
mess with it.
Daniel.
