Another issue with the database is its limit of 65000 entries. 
While this is enough for EOD data is only about 1.5 days of Intel tick
data and ~ 8 months of 1 min data, for instance.
I have to manually back up my data all the time since I run into the
database limitations. Furtunately they sell the developers kit so I
have much of it automated by now, but anyway ...
