It weeds out stocks which have been out less than 3.5 years.  In order to do an
ROC of 200 days, you need to build a history of about 3.5 years.  Otherwise, you
won't get a good number of oscillations in the ROC 200 days.  You need those
osc. in order to get a good MIN ROC 200 days.  I didn't want to take a chance if
the DAYSREQUIRED function didn't work.  I will have to do some more
experimenting.

My scans only take 13 minutes on my 7200 RPM Maxtor drive.  If you don't have 2
HDD's, one for your Win9x files and one for your stock database, I recommend you
get another one.  When you run scans, you can use your computer as you normally
would with no noticeable drop in performance.  Office Depot has 30 GB's on sale
for $130 until 10/29/2000.
