DJ & Nasdaq retreive.

Hi all, 

I am looking for someone downloading data from Yahoo
who would not mind sharing her/his ticker list of DJ
and Nasdaq stocks within flat file format. Not that I
am leasy, but if I can avoid typing the whole list ...
