You can reverse the order of the dates in MetaStock's Downloader. I don't
know if it matters when you import ASCII using the Downloader.
I prefer to use QuoteMonster:

QuoteMonster can download Yahoo EOD prices. I haven't used it for awhile
because I use QP but it should still work. You must install PERL before
using QuoteMonster. Make sure you install PERL into a subfolder.
