Thanks to all for the quick answers.     I will look at DT Link and MCB.  John, I understand ( a little ) German but if I meet some problem I will contact you privately.     Good trades to all and beware the end of the present pullback.     Amadeus,       John Sellers a écrit : I have not found a source but I have downloaded a software program MetaCareBase which has the capability to produce indices. So far I have generated two namely one a group of medical stocks and the OEX (Standard & Poors 100). I am not using the same weighting as the S&P 100 yet. The best thing about this software is it is free but the worst is much of text associated with installation is in German. I found it necessary to get it translated to understand what I was accomplishing during installation. They do provide an manual in English which I would be happy to email you at your email address if you so desire to learn some of their capabilities. There are others in our mailing group which use this software and some of them read and write German. MetaCareBase also have a mailing group to discuss problems but it is in German. So it is awkward at times getting help. -----Original Message----- From: owner-metastock@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:owner-metastock@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Amadeus Sent: Saturday, October 14, 2000 1:33 AM To: metastock@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Index Volumes All,     Does anyone know where one could find the volumes on US indexes to download ?
