I use QuoteMonster <A
href="http://www.xmlworks.com/quotemonster/">http://www.xmlworks.com/quotemonster/
<FONT face=Arial color=#0000ff
size=2> for MF and OTC quotes.It's Perl script should require little or no
modification, but I would be glad to answer any questions.

Another alternative is <FONT color=#0000ff
size=2>Personal Stock Monitor
Gold,
<A
href="http://www.dtlink.com/index.html">http://www.dtlink.com/index.html ,
which might be easier to use.
It can
get historical data, update it automatically, and save it as separate ASCII
files.

Yes, I have egg on my
face again. Songyun and I are trying to find the least expensive but
simplest to use program. And certainly not alot of hassle to
use.<FONT
size=-1>
Before TC2000 data
was so expensive, prior to 1/1/2000. The system was easy to
use.<FONT
size=-1>
Now -- I use a manual
entry method. Before you scoff at this method. I get the data into
the system by 3:30 CDT pm. Using other means, I would have to wait til 6pm
CDT. The downside is I cannot look at just any stock without taking alot of
time to enter the data.<FONT
face="Arial Narrow Special G1">
I have heard of
Perl. Haven't tried it/ If your using it please get back to me and
refresh me on it.<FONT
face="Arial Narrow Special G1">
I have look at
"MSODATA" and I find the setup and much to difficult for me to work
with. KISS is not something that have learned
yet.<FONT
size=-1>
One more thing.
If one can get the info Free from Yahoo, or other places on the net,
then WHY are we asked to pay higher prices? Even the best sources have
data errors.<FONT
size=-1>
Ok- Asking for your
help - Or should I stay with my current data entry
system.<FONT
size=-1>
Thanks Metastock
