Another personal attack, another valid breach, twice (!!) again this week-end.

Writing programs, giving them away for free, and putting them up on a website
is one thing. As was mentioned, a referal to it then being available on
a website is sufficient.

Hastling it on the List and later the List with it, is another.
Both are continious breaches. As was mentioned too, clean up your web-act and
you would not have had to harrash the List with it.
This, unless you have some other means in doing so, which is basicaly irrelevant,
but then you have taken on the wrong List.

Now for the personal attacks.
Starting out by innocent replies to members first sending Charts as attachments and
later mails in the new HTML format, for some 12 months in a row now, anyone could
have written anything about me, my mailings, my publications, my systems, my indicators
and my who knows what, without having had received any structural obstructions from
me or from above. Literaly anything could and was said about me+them and were
mentioned to me here, and most too were then all valid List breaches. Quite a few
members have done so.

I have therefore -otoh- always, and in a mannor I have seem fit, all the time defended
myself and my publications and my systems and my indicators and my who knows what
publicaly, to these attacking and abusing List-members on the List. But, for too many,
all to no oveal. Therefore too, enough is enough.
Period.

Some List-members breaching and abusing and otherwise hastling and pestering
me, my publications or other List-mails send, have already been and will continiously
be reported -by me- to the List-owner for taking further necessary actions and/or consequences.

This I plan on doing untill the List is freed from the gluttering, abusing and otherwise
hastling members failing to comply to the hereabove and the herebelow.

This too, as it is not only whearing me out but also as it is deeply distracting the attention
away from the List's main focus (MSK+Equis'SW+Investing) and therefore it turning
the List into an ordinairy browling and into a commonly ordinairy mail and chat-box where
everything send, is being accepted. Directly the opposite too of that what is and was also
mentioned to new and old members on subscribtion -and recently twice now- in the later
List life: "the rule-set of List Policies set out by Equis Int.".

So if we do not receive anymore mails from you or others in the future, than that is too bad, but
note that you yourselves are responsable for your own mails and not others.
Period.

Ton Maas
