Being courteous and respectful to other List members

Being courteous and respectful to other List members is one of the few
guidelines that this mailing list has in place. In the past weeks, this
policy has been abused by many on the List. I understand, that many of the
replies have been in defense, but this needs to STOP now. The negative
discussions that have been posted in the past few weeks have been driving
away hordes of people from this mailing list. This email is being sent to
the List in hopes that the few people participating in these
non-constructive email discussions will read this and cease to post their
negative comments. In the future, please limit your posts to discussion of
issues related to investing. If you disagree with someone else's opinion,
delete the email or reply personally (Off-List) to the person who originally
posted it. If you plan on questioning the post on the List, you will need to
do so in a courteous and respectful manner. This means no sarcastic remarks
or personal attacks. This conduct will not continue to happen without
repercussion. Please do not reply to this post laying blame on one person or
another, let us start with a clean slate from this point on. We know that
your input can be valuable, however users that disregard the guidelines of
this mailing list will be permanently removed. Below is a portion of the
