I've never used it, but if you're referring to Larry Williams' "Ultimate
Oscillator", apparently it's described in the August 1985 Technical Analysis
of Stocks and Commodities. An Adobe Acrobat reprint of the article should be
available from their website. The oscillator is also described on pages
251-256 of Martin Pring's book "Martin Pring on Market Momentum" which
you can check out at your local bookstore or library.
