expanding range bar outside of the previous 3+ bars on an increase in volume

very interesting because it has ignored the recent selling wave.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Looks to me like it is in strong hands
with competing buyers willing to support it at increasingly higher levels.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The 5-month base from October thru
February is large enough to support much higher levels..<SPAN

Using MS 6.52 EOD I pay attention to not press ALT Plus or Minus in place of
CTRL + or - for zooming because MS crash and I am not alone.
