To All who replied,

Thanks a lot for giving me some initial directions (which I will relay to my
brother). Our problem is that all of a sudden, we both got really busy.
I'm involved with a new .COM startup and he's busy with his new rep firm.
He's negotiating a major contract right now that could make him $35k a
month, net. He's right in the midst of things in Silicon Valley. Our
recommendation with regard to CY yesterday turned out pretty good. I never
checked the close, but at one time it was up $5.

When you add in our new web site, which we're just starting to look at and
trying to figure out how to make a buck at it, there isn't enough time
available in the day. Actually, I have my nephew (my brother's son) working
on the web site since neither of us has any time at all.

I was at the periodontist today, and can you believe it, slept right through
the cleaning. :) That's tired!

My better half and my brother are both trying to get me to give up the
startup. That's a hard decision since I have about 2.5% of the stock as
options and really enjoy the CTO position (actually act as COO a lot, too).
Is it worth the time and effort to take the next 3 years on the if-come?
I'm really not sure.

Thanks again to everybody,

Guy

Here's a free Option Calculator. Haven't much experience with it, but
it seems to work.
