Subject: Data Organization and Downloader Automation

> Hello,
> MetaStock stores theoretically up to 2000
tickers in directory. I read
> somewhere that one should save maximum 1000
tickers in a directory for the
> sake of performance.
> I collect
data in csv format from quote.yahoo.com and convert data in a text
>
format, which the Downloader can convert to MetaStock format.
> I am going
to have more than 2000 tickers to deal with and looking for a way
> to
organize data in several MetaStock directory.
> I have 2 questions
:
> 1)How do you organize/split your data in MetaStock directory
(alphabetical
> order or group according industry membership) ? Pros and
Cons of you
> approach ?
> 2)How can I automate the Downloader task
of conversion from ASCII to
> MetaStock format ?
>
>

The v6.5 multiple indicators plotted from one(1) single custom indicator, have
-by default- all the same colour.
Upgrade to v7.x to have -by default- each one of the multiple custom indicator
plotted in your own preferenced colour.
