James O'Shaughnessy is very emphatic in his books that large caps (and
usually higher priced) stocks do better than small caps and penny socks.
Small caps and penny stocks are too volatile and thinly traded for most
people to make money on. Kenneth Fisher has written or been quoted that the
only time that we should buy small caps is after a serious bear market like
1932 or 1974.  You are to be commended on your research and  the clear way
you present the results.  Its hard to argue with facts
