The idea on avoiding outliers I got from Roger Holland, the developer of
Fastways, a 3rd party utility for FastTrack( see 3rd party software at
fasttrack.net). Before that, I too made the same seductive mistake. The
mistake that cost me money was using default parameters without checking
their validity for my applications.
