Below is a simple routine to adjust your data.  This example adds 3 hours to the
time of the tick.  Useful when you receive data from a time zone different from
yours.

Basically, convert your data for a particular symbol to ASCII text using the
Downloader,
import it into Excell,
adjust the data,
Save it as ASCII text,
re-convert it back to Metastock format using the Downloader.

The instructions below are more detailed.
