Currently working on EOD and 20 min delay.
Does anyone know of a service that provides free real-time data in any format?
I have not been able to find a service that does.
If I can get the data feed then there is a real good chance that I can convert
it.

I think Yahoo doesn't provide real time data..
How are you overcoming the 20-minute delay?
