I have used COX @Home (cable) for more than a year, and it has been very
helpful. ESignal, and everything else can run concurrently, at full
speed. There are many free dial up ISP's now. I have been a NetZero,
and Juno user for years, so I have stayed with them. The cable reliablity
has been increasing, and has always been better than my experience with
dial up services. In those rare negative instances, the free dial up isp's
have come to my rescue perfectly.

I understand that Juno ISP has problems with home network setups. A friend
tells me that Freei.net has a program which is rather large, in comparison
to others. I know of more than 10 free isp's now, so you can find the best
one in your area.
