<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I'd like to add a comment about the Tsjernobyle
plant disaster. If the plant had been fully secured and instrumented and
if the people had known what they were doing, the accident would not have
happened.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Like the Three Mile Island Plant in Pennsylvania,
it was a disaster waiting to happen. Secondly the Russians and other
countries ( China and most 3rd world countries) are very poor on industrial
safety. Concerning the safety of the Tsjernobyle plant, shortly after the
disaster occurred at Three Mile Island and foreign experts from all over came
to Three Mile Island to see what they could learn, a Russian expert stated
that such an accident could never happen in the Soviet Union as all their plants
were safe. This was laughable as periodically the nuclear power journals in this
country have had articles about the dangerous Russian nuclear power
plants.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>The biggest problem in many countries is the
endemic secrecy not only about disasters and safety, but it seems about almost
every thing else.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>History also in TA, see "indicators"
below, is used to look into (help "forcasting") the
Future. A plain fact !!.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>And it is the "records" that are being used </FONT><FONT
size=2>eg the historical records, that hide the treasure in
valuable</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>information needed for reading the future (unlike simply
taking the current readings only).</DIV></FONT>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>The coloring.</DIV>
<DIV></FONT><FONT size=2>Please, Adam, don't waste your time on writing about
an issue(color) that's going so deep. One either uses it or
doesn't.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>It was not put there the way you've interpreted it.
</FONT><FONT size=2>It was basicaly an overall opinion from experiences of
late, and not an</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>indication to not ever pick it up again. But I </FONT><FONT
size=2>will have to admit that it will be the last of available tools for
me to use at</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>the moment, since: see 1+2+3.</DIV></DIV></FONT>
<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Time also, that's much better spend on your latest
Congestion-project. The theory of "Month to Week", "Week to Day"
is</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>too </FONT><FONT size=2>valuable not too dig right down to
the bottom of it. </FONT><FONT size=2>Since that it will also take up much
time......................And.........</DIV></FONT>
<DIV>.......w</FONT><FONT size=2>ho knows, that you'll also discover a
beautifull working </FONT><FONT size=2>methodology/systematic that this
opinion will have to,</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>no must, be revised. </FONT><FONT size=2>So, get cracking at
your system. </FONT><FONT size=2>I for one, can't wait to see it in full
"blooming action".</FONT><FONT size=2></DIV></DIV></FONT>
<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Perhaps, better would have been if I would have added to the
coloring reference line, that I had transfered the (for color)</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>used formula's </FONT><FONT size=2>over into Binairy Waves.
Reasons:</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2> </DIV></FONT>
<DIV><FONT size=2>1) I couldn't act on the colors, nore directly "read"
valuable info from them (if I would have kept on looking at
them,</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2> than eventualy it would unpuzzle) and
that's using them on my 'experts'.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>2) Binairy Waves {with the +1 or -1 signals} will let me
read info directly (eg aren't time consuming whilst
analysing)</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2> and that too goes {only} for
the stuff{the experts} that I used at that
time. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>3) Binairy Waves do not continuesly use system
resources: oppose to # 1 +2 you will not have to Attach an Expert</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2> to Chart, an action that heavely
drains out </FONT><FONT size=2>the PC's mem (system/gdi/gui)
resources.</DIV></FONT>
<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>But should the Congestion-project work out to be a real
asset, then out my current PC goes, and the latest of the</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>latest super advanced PC version will get
installed..........</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Regarding the indicators, eg the gauges, dials and meters,
not being "off" once in a while:</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Be refered to one of my previous mails:</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>"meters and dials etc are only static measuring tools, not
always in reality with the reality."</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>1. Refering here to the Tsjernobyle plant, that was
fully secured with advanced measuring equipment, but of
which</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2> none signaled </FONT><FONT
size=2>the overheating of one of the plants' unprotected reactors.
{protection=concrete} </DIV></FONT>
<DIV><FONT size=2>2. In a garage, put your car on a roller-bar and "drive"
well over the speed-limit, and still not getting fined a ticket.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2> At that time the meter shows you are
driving + speeding.</FONT></DIV>
