A.J.Maas,
Appears to have been a rather interesting weekend on this list! Funny how
quickly you can learn to 2-step when you have to. I have been purposely
silent this weekend for the simple fact that some time ago in life I learned
that it is the wise man who waits his best opportunity, then captures the
moment. It would be easy to take advantage of this situation but I won't do
that as I am sure we ALL would like to move forward.
You have mentioned on several occassions that this list is dedicated to
learning Metastock and effective trading analysis. To that I would agree but
I would also remind you that Metastock is a tool which can be used by a
large number of persons, all with varying degrees of application. Metastock
simply provides the tools, we as individuals must learn the application...
that application is whatever we feel to be the most rewarding for our
purpose. Should an individual desire to trade using moon phases as their
method then that is their perogative; whether you or I agree with it or not.
As well, should I desire to utilize Metastock to advise me of the proper
moon phase and have that displayed on my chart then I certainly have the
right to do so. This is a public forum to be shared by all. Your views as
well as mine should always be welcomed. Adam and I were sharing our views on
different methods to visualize a chart. Unconventional...SURE, but so what!
You may have seen little benefit in our proposals. I can assure you that in
this instance you were very wrong as I for one was able to use it along with
several other tools derived from list contributors to put together a very
good expert/system.
Finally, I would close by adding that trading does not have to have a
single path to success! It is indeed a collection of many varying methods
which ALL can lead to reward!
J.
