Dag Kevin,
Thanks for your caring input, but my experience is different..
I've been to Nederland. My first wife was Dutch. I have friends
just down the road who are Dutch. I understand Dutch. I
can hold my own in a Dutch conversation if everyone slows down
a little for my mental translation to keep up..
But in contrast to our fellow trader Ton Maas, all the Dutch
people I know are pleasant, polite, and most importantly
they seem to have an open mind. Yes, a great sense of humor
too! But they do seem to be open to the ideas of others, and
are very tolerant of differences. They are very respectful.
So maybe Ton isn't really Dutch? Maybe he's from one of the
colonies, or maybe just immature. Or insecure? Or maybe all
Dutch people aren't identical.
Who knows? it doesn't matter a whole lot. I bank my trading
profits, and delete Ton's email. It's that easy!
If others on this list do the same, the focus will be on
trading rather than Ton's rants.
Trade happy,
-Neal.
