Deepak:
I don't know the significance of the incorporation dates, but you would be
able to get the information from the SEC's EDGAR database
( http://www.sec.gov/edgarhp.htm ) by extracting it from the registration
statements of each company. It will be a very slow and painstaking
process, but the information is there.
For Canadian companies, the equivalent information can be extracted from the
SEDAR database at http://www.sedar.com/search/search_form_pc.htm
Actually, these are both valuable sources for fundamental information found
in prospectuses, quarterly reports and material change reports, so others
might want to bookmark these sites, too.
Good luck.
