It is from a Steve Karnish post. Said he was using it at a seminar I think
and was willing to give it to 20 people on the list if they emailed him and
said why they deserved it. Maybe he was being facetious,maybe he was serious
but I believe it is just a  StochRsi 13,8,3. Looks just like the StochRsi I
get when futzing with the numbers. I was just curious that's why I
originally asked if it had been "disclosed".
