In response to the numerous questions regarding the update policy for 7.02:
Normally, I have no detailed knowledge of update or upgrade policies. I am
responsible for programming and testing of our products.
In this case, I wanted to be able to give you an accurate answer so I have
been in touch with the sales department here at Equis.
A free update to MetaStock version 7.02 will be available for all registered
owners of MetaStock version 7.x. Equis will also provide free shipping via
US. mail. This is for both end-of-day and Professional versions of

We apologize for the recent problems encountered with earlier versions of
our product. We pushed them out the door a little earlier than we would
normally do. As I stated before, I hope that 7.02 solves many of the
problems that our users have encountered. I can't guarantee perfection, but
I can promise that it is an improvement.

Please remember that the product is not yet officially released. It is
currently being duplicated in preparation for release.
