Futures Magazine has another basic optimal f calculator at their download
site ( http://www.futuresmag.com/industry/downloads/downloads.html ). Do
a text search on that page for the word "optimal."

They also used to have a good Excel optimal f spreadsheet on their download
site, but I can't find it now. If anyone wants it, contact me *off-list*
(gcwallace@xxxxxxxx) and I'll see if I can dig it up. It's too big to post
here. Without an understanding of the theory, however, the spreadsheet
will be of little use.
