Thus one is the author of unconsented and unauthorised plagiarized indicators and this at its
worst form too..................................e.g. not one single part of my original indicator's formulas
have changed, eg a true Japanese "sixtees styled" real duplicate(pure copy).
And this where the same goes up for the Bollinger's %B Oscillator, which is also a nor by me nor
by Ms-IRB consented and therefore unauthorised plagiarized unlawfully commercialy
exploited indicator.............e.g. again another one being exploited without my permission or consent.
To me there is a line drawn somewhere, where one can freely use one of my many over the years
send indicators, eg 1) if its for private use one is free to do what he wants with it as long as the original
source is respected (in name or for contents), but 2) if it is used for commercial activities then
my private intellectual property and Copyright is at stake, and therefore 3) requires my personal or
Ms-IRB's consent or authorisation to 4) use it or to 5) alter it.
Which neither consents nor authorisations for either of the indicators have been forwarded to our
plagiarismist, nor did I nor Ms-IRB receive any applications for their usage, neither for use of the
Formula's names or for the Formula's contents, in any way or to such any extend.

Ton Maas
