Hi Lionel
Sorry ... my provider has been down and I haven't been able to get back to
you sooner.
I don't know a lot about this program. I think that they have a developer's
kitbag. The code is pretty straight forward and you can recreate their
functions etc. in VBA. This program looks as if it has a large installed
base in the institutional trading markets. Very interesting use of
additional arguments in the basic functions i.e., moving averages. Never
thought about that. See Fritch for coding indicators as functions.
To others that wrote: I don't know enough about solver in XL without getting
into Genetic Algorithms of Evolver. Looks pretty solid however ... will get
some functions to look at. Ruggiero likes it, obviously one to watch.
I don't know anyone who has seen the beta for Ruggiero's program. May have
to just wait.
I know that Kaufman has a lot of stuff programmed in Easy Language, but it's
so well laid out that I beat myself over the head for not making more
headway. His Market Profile descriptions have re-inspired me to go back and
do it better this time.
Best regards
Walter
