There is/was such a package, but the present version may be a bit obsolete.
It
needs to be made Win95/98/2000 compatible. Its called TAS, the Technical
Analysis Scanner. its fairly easy to use, has a powerful formula language (I
think that its a subset of pascal) and used to cost about $250. It will do
most of what you want. Does anyone have a web site address?
Its a stand alone program, but Equis wont consider it, I think that they
have
a policy against 3rd party utilities.
