I do not consider any customer (new or otherwise) unimportant.
I would like nothing more than to tell everyone what the exact features of
the new system tester will be. Contrary to many of the comments from
customers on this list, we do not enjoy negative feedback from anything we
produce. I simply cannot make any specific promises about features that
have not been implemented in the program. Many things can change during the
time it takes to design, code and test the new features.
I hope that we will be able to release a system tester with capabilities
that live up to your expectations.

Dear PD Manager,
Let's just cut to the chase immediately.
As a new purchaser of Metastock this year, I was surprised and dismayed that
the
system tester cannot test multiple securities. I decided to keep using the
program anyway. But I'm not fully totally 100% on board committed for the
long
haul yet. I could still shift my loyalties elsewhere.
I believe you when you carefully explain all the good and important pros and
cons which are weighed when deciding which new features and how and when to
add
them. I know there is never enough time or resources to do everything.
But to be absolutely simple and direct, what I want to hear clear and
unequivocally is that Equis regards multiple security testing to be an
essential
vital new feature. Period. End of sentence.
Now I've gotten that off my chest. Thanks, Iden (a relatively unimportant
new
customer)
