Your support dept will tell me to reinstall, which I already did, twice, to no
avail. I then removed vers 7.02 and reinstalled 7.01. Now the experts don't work
in either version.

This kind of thing has been going on since your numerous 6.52 patches. Tech
support was no help there. After numerous reinstallation's and dead end attempts
at resolving some of the problems they finally transferred me to Sales in order
to mail me the 6.52 CD, which they had the nerve to try and charge $10.00 for.
The 6.52 CD was a little better.
7.01 comes out as an upgrade that must be paid for, when all it was was an
attempt at fixing the disaster from the 6.52(s). The idea that 7.01 had extra
features was BS. One of the features for the EOD was supposed to be the ability
to plot weekly data and daily data on the same chart. This was stated on the
Equis web page with a few other things. Where's it at?? Lied to again by Equis.
7.01 is just another 6.52 with different problems.
7.02 is supposed to be a fix for 7.01. From my experience and what I see from
others, it is just more aggravation.

You suggest that I call tech support. I suggest that you go back to the drawing
board and come up with something that works rather then causing me and countless
other customers to waste time with tech support because of the deficiencies in
MS.
I know your response will be if you don't call tech support we won't be able to
help you and we won't know what problems are out there.
Tech support was NO help with 6.52. What is different now?

I've been using MS since it was a DOS program and  had a few minor problems
with. Nothing like I have experienced in the past few months. Let me know when
you come out with a fix for all this nonsense. Until then I'll be using
Supercharts.
