You're now "terminalised".
On Win9x you the user were in control, on NT sysop is in control.
Sysop can freeze of fire most company applications(but luckely not all).

Make him/her your best friend, or scrape the
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft OfficePro97\Office\MSOFFICE.EXE"
file from the install Cd or from the Microsoft|Office downloads website.

Then place a shortcut to this file in your
"C:\OS\Win-NT\Profiles\MArnoldi\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp\MSOFFICE.EXE.LNK"
folder.
