Always uninstall previous version(s) first.
Then download and install the original version only, this since commercialy
active 3td party websites alter their "I.E" versions, with all kinds of crashes,
errors, bugs and commercials for results.
>From the first IE4.x beta onwards, I have done this, and did not have any
problems running it or further working with it {apart from the beta-bugs ofcourse}.
