Chris,
Good luck. I think the hardest thing to keep in perspective is trying to
rush your trading. It took me 30 years to realize that I didn't need to
make a $1mm overnight. By pushing my trading too fast and doubling up on my
trading as I made more money, and not following good money management
techniques, we ended up starting over again just about every year.
Unlike what my buddy Ivan Boesky said, Greed is not good. Ivan and I grew up
together in Detroit but when he went to New York, my brother and I decided
to go our own ways, thank goodness. I guess I was lucky in that regard.
Slow and steady is the way to growth. Don't rush anything.

Thanks for responding. It sounds like you're doing very well. Keep up the
good work.
You are certainly a lot more advanced than I am, as I am just getting
started
and only part time. A real time feed is probably not the thing for me at
this time. I have to keep my costs down so I can afford to buy more books.

It sounds like you keep improving and adding on to your systems. I admire
that. I guess that's one of the benefits of being able to trade full time
and
having the means to experiment.
I hope the markets continue to treat you well.
Thanks again for the response. BTW I'm enjoying the thread and will be
picking up on options right along with you.

I get my real time feed from the CBOE, but I use Quote Tracker and only
