My understanding is that it is similar to OBV except that every trade, or
the trades over a fixed period of time, is evaluated, hence the name,
time segmented volume.
It follows that any such indicator requires real time price and volume
information. TC2000 states that a strong signal is given when both OBV and
TSV are in agreement.
