You need Real-Time quotes, Christian, to get Real-Time alerts!!!
 See how often you can refresh them on servers that provide one at a time
[have to grab the whole html page and parse it].

Perhaps you should try quotetracker with the Datek streamer.

  I've used PSM for many years and Anatoly was always very responsive until
he turned the operation over to his business partner [dt-link].
