New Prophet user ... quits

For those that are interested ... This new Prophet user has thrown in the 
towel and cancelled his subscription. 
I believe that some people probably get started with Prophet without a hitch 
and live happily ever after. That was not my case. 
The real problem as I saw it was a total lack of response. In my case both my 
phone call and email went unreturned.  
I'm sure all vendors occasionally have problems getting someone connected. 
You expect a vendor to respond quickly, efficiently and follow up. Unreturned 
calls and emails only add more frustrations to the problem.
I must say that Steve Karnish was able to prompt Prophet to call me and 
discuss the problem. Though the problem remained unresolved and there were no 
follow up calls. I appreciate Steve's efforts on my behalf. Thanks Steve and 
thanks to all who have responded with their experiences.
