C:\Equis program folder+subfolder and </FONT><FONT size=2>your complete 
C:\MSKData {the database}</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>This bu should always be done PRIOR to updating the 
database!!!!</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Tho, from&nbsp;experience have found that a 2-weekly or even 
monthly bu is sufficient enough.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>{Best is to run Scandisk and Defrag prior to creating a 
bu}.</DIV></FONT>
<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2><STRONG>B. On a next bu</STRONG>, bu only the files that 
usualy change.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>These are basicaly:</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1) all&nbsp;the DTA files 
{found in the C:\Equis and subflders}</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2)&nbsp;the full database 
folders+files</FONT></DIV>
