Hi Bob,
It's a 1.352 MB file that is probably in your Windows/System directory. Do a 
"find" command and see it the computer locates it. What version of Windows 
are you using? If you don't have it you can download it from the Microsoft 
software web site. It's free. If it's already in your system, then the 
problem is that the pointer for the CD files you installed does not know 
where to look for it. You can go into the register directory and edit this, 
however if you do not know what I'm talking about, DON'T try it. Take the 
computer to a computer store and let them do it. This problem can originate 
from installing the CD without using the setup files on the CD or installing 
it in another location other than where the default setup instructions 
indicate. Another possibility for correcting your problem is to  copy the MSVB
VM60.DLL into the same directory as where you have installed the CD files. 
Most programs will look there for needed drivers.
