Sure, go to www.egroups.com, and do a search for "metastock".
If you've never used egroups before (they've since merged with
onelist.com and recently, yahoo), it's a first class outfit. Anyone
can set up a mailing list group with any number of moderators, block
annoying people, optionally set the list as moderated (so the
moderators have to approve people and optionally each posting),
each user can determine if they want 1 at a time email, 1 email a day,
or none at all and read them via their web interface.
It also provides for posting "events", with up to 2 reminders, a
database, files section, polls, you name it. Tons of other features.
And all free. (There is some only slightly intrusive advertising on
each email.)
I'm on a number of lists there and moderate some too, and lemme tell
you, it's a heck of a lot easier and less stressful than it used to
be, having been involved in mailing lists for a good number of years
now.
