Ref(PDI(14)<MDI(14),-1) AND
PDI(14)>MDI(14)

This will produce +1 when cross = True and 0 when false.
Change the Operators direction to get the vv.

You can also use the Cross() function for the signal

Ref(Cross(MDI(14) , PDI(14)),-1) AND
Cross(PDI(14) , MDI(14))
