Hello

AH> 1. It's more difficult than you think. It's very different trading

AH> 2. It takes a long time to get consistently profitable.

would have better luck hitting the power ball lottery, play that.

AH> 3. Realize than Metastock is nowhere close to what the big

no doubt

AH> Also, you will likely be at a disadvantage with execution and
AH> commisions.

again big guys trade for very very little and the fills are worlds
away comparing a commercial desk at Solomon to sleeze bag whatever
no name.

AH> If you have 100k and
AH> can generate 5% return per month consistently (which is very good for
AH> most of us), you may only be able to cover your living and business
AH> expenses.

what i know now is that a real good trader what has 1,000,000.00 worth
of trading capital can make a living that is substandard to that of a
real good programmer. mark (learning to program) brown

and yea ! best of luck especially since you'll probably be getting
behind the scenes emails from some high profiles on this list telling
you how they have done this and that. if your real smart they will
post all their dribble here for you to sift through and after months
and maybe years of watching it you will figure out is all make belive.
if not give them some money and report back here when you have time.
AH> Anyway, I enjoyed the ride. Best of luck !
