RSI is essentially a normalized RS. It is basically Rs/(1+Rs) so
when Rs is high RSI is about 1. MACD is difference of exp moving
averages so it is M(26)-M(12). Its RSI would presumably indicate
something like whether it is near its high or its low so it is
a normalization of the MACD.
