Just guessing but, I would say it is the "Short Term Trader's Index" which 
is commonly called TRIN.  It is a breadth measure that shows overbought and 
oversold markets.  You can probably find a discussion of TRIN at 
www.Traders.com or at the equis site's technical analysis A to Z section.
