Equis support,

Now that I know you're out there, would you please contact me regarding
problems I am expereincing with time stamping on incoming mail from this
list server. I have contacted Equis privately twice prior, with absolutely
no response, which is not characteristic of your organization. Your
cooperation would be much appreciated.

Thank you,
Michael Spencer
