Bids and offers are posted for OTCBB stocks, and most data providers and quote
services carry the data, so you don't have to do anything out of the ordinary.
I don't know what country you're in, but if your broker handles NASDAQ stocks,
they probably can help you with these, too.

The stocks are generally pretty thinly traded, so I'd be leery of using
standard technical analysis on these.  If you see something interesting, go to
fundamental analysis.  Download and study everything you can on the companies
from the SEC's Edgar site and pore over the company's website.  It's high risk
stuff, so stay small.

Also, watch the volume and the bid-offer spread.  You might have trouble
selling a large position or selling when there is market turmoil.
