Constance Brown has no formulas in her book. She discusses methods. It is a
good book, take a look at it.

The book, Connors on Advanced Trading Strategies, might have some Equis
formulas in it. I haven't seen the book, so I cant say for certain that
this is correct. If anyone has seen this book, please let us know.
