A virusscanner alone does not give protection from Trojans.
A firewall utility like Conceal PC,@Guard or Blackice can block all ports against
intruders.Computers which are on the internet for longer time periods are more vulnerable
to attacks.
I use Blackice and can see everyday some weirdos :) scanning if I have a trojan program
on my machine.
To detect and clean trojans you can use The Cleaner.
