In Metastock Pro 7.0, the three balance lines are different yet.  If you are 
interested, I killed a few minutes matching his new lines.  They are all of 
longer length.  

I would expect Bill to keep developing his system and keep changing it.  If 
he published it in a book (which I have read) then his current system that he 
uses for trading, is probably different yet.

I have done extensive testing of his system and I like it.  The parameters 
that he uses in his book is good for end-of-day.  Some of his other 
parameters maybe better for various intraday time frames.  

The moral here is test it yourself and experiment with it.  You will learn a 
lot.
