What programming languages are capable of creating a Win32 DLL? Why
couldn't this capability been included in the MKS system?
I still think you folks should include TAS to work with MS V6.5x and later.
This would overcome most of the problems with Metastock

The MetaStock Developers Kit is now available to the public. The
release was scheduled for November 1999, but was delayed due to a Millennium
Freeze which restricted the release of new products. The MetaStock
Developers Kit contains several individual tools designed to assist
developers in creating products that directly interface with MetaStock 7.0
or higher. Some of the tools it contains are:
· The MetaStock File Library (MSFL) - provides developers a way to
read and/or write MetaStock data files.
· MetaStock External Functions (MSX) API - enhances the capabilities
of Custom Indicators, System Tests, Explorations, and Experts by allowing
developers to create and dynamically add new functions to the MetaStock
Formula Language. Any programming language capable of creating a Win32 DLL
can be used.
· Custom Toolbar & Menu customization - gives the ability to add
customized items to MetaStock's Custom toolbar and to reserved sections of
MetaStock's Tools and Help menus.
· Enhanced Formula Organizer - this enhancement enables the Formula
Organizer to export formulas, templates, and MSX DLLs to a self extracting
exe for easy distribution.
· Equis DDE (Dynamic Data Exchange) Server documentation - detailed
documentation on how to use the Equis DDE Server.
We at Equis are very excited to release this new product line. It's
designed specifically to create a broader base of solutions for Equis
customers.

programming experience.
